Coaching and Consulting Packages

Individual Coaching Plans:
 

Threes call per month:

  • Three 60 minute calls

  • Unlimited e-mail messaging plus short calls in between scheduled meetings

 

Two calls per month:

  • Two 60 minute calls

  • E-mail messaging in between calls

 

Group Coaching:

  • Online, video conference once per month for 90 minutes

  • Maximum of 10 attendees/flexible time

  • Topical instruction led by a certified executive coach

  • Q&A following instruction

  • Interactive and peer supported

NOTE: Above programs require 6-month minimum commitment, that can be suspended when needed.

 

Leadership Development Program

(3-month program) includes:

  • DISC (communication style assessment) and debrief

  • 360 Degree Feedback (assessment used to evaluate employees from different stakeholder perspectives) and debrief

  • EI (Emotional Intelligence assessment) and debrief

  • 12-week customized, focused program based on assessment results

  • 2 bi-monthly 60-minute coaching sessions

  • Unlimited e-mails, with guaranteed 12-hour response

  • Short calls between sessions (up to 1x/week)

 

 

In Transition and "Protirement"

When you're looking for the next best employment opportunity, returning/entering the work force,  or proactively preparing for retirement, we are your one stop shop!

 

This is a great time for introspection and discovery. This one-month program includes:

  • Two, one-hour coaching sessions for discovery and/or resume preparation

  • Two, one-hour coaching session for conducting mock interviews

  • Or, four one-hour coaching sessions.

COMMUNICATION (DISC):

The ability to communicate effectively  is one of the key competencies that enable professional success. It takes the form of listening behaviors, verbal, non-verbal and written communications. We are a certified DISC administrators and teach how to communicate with ease.
 

  • Nationally recognized communication style assessment

  • Learn your style and how to identify and communicate effectively with other communication styles

  • Done on individual or group basis

Business Consulting/ Executive Coaching

Comprehensive, three-month consulting and advisory package includes:

  • DISC (communication style assessment) and debrief

  • 360 Degree Feedback (assessment to evaluate employees from different stakeholder perspectives) and debrief (5 employees)

  • EI (Emotional Intelligence assessment) and debrief

  • Ten, 60 minute total, consulting/coaching meetings 

  • Structure: Business Update (successes/challenges)

  • Establish Key Action plan with client and cient's manager

  • Review of action steps (what worked/what didn’t)

  • Address new challenges

  • Unlimited email/phone support 

  • Available to discuss unforeseen challenges that show up outside regular business hours

  • Review of proposals, marketing materials and other client-focused documents

  • Review/edit of important communications before sending

  • Prep support for critical meetings with prospects, clients & employees

  • Quarterly strategy Workshop with peer business owners
