The Company-Sponsored Executive Coaching Process:

  • An individual is sponsored for coaching by a high-ranking executive 

  • The coach, client and sponsor meet to discuss the desired outcome

  • Client takes assessments to better understand how you ‘show up’ in your current environment and help us co-create an action plan.

  • The coach and client meet three or more times a month for six months. Sponsor meetings are scheduled after every fourth meeting for progress reports. This ensures coach/client confidentiality is retained but also ensures the company’s goals are monitored.
